Terms of Service.

These terms apply when you buy or use LaunchDay Kit ("the kit"), sold at launchdaykit.com by Amit Kushwaha, an independent developer based in India ("we"). By buying the kit you agree to them.

What you buy

A one-time purchase (currently $29) gives you access to a private GitHub repository with Claude Code commands, skills, templates and launch-site guides, plus the updates we publish to it. You need your own Claude Code access (any plan) to use the kit; it is not included.

Your licence

The kit stays our property; you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership.

Access and updates

After payment we invite your GitHub account to the private repository. "Lifetime updates" means you get every update we publish for as long as we maintain the kit. If we ever stop maintaining it, you keep the version you have.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Details are in the Refund Policy.

You stay responsible for submissions

The kit prepares launch assets and fills submission forms in your browser. You review everything and press submit yourself. You are responsible for what you submit and for following each launch site's rules. Some sites do not allow automated submissions; the guides say so, and you should do those by hand.

We do not guarantee that any site will accept or feature your product, or any amount of traffic, sign-ups or sales. Launch sites change their rules and forms; we update the guides, but some may be out of date at times.

Third parties

Claude Code is a product of Anthropic. LaunchDay Kit is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or by any launch site it mentions. Their names belong to their owners.

No warranty

The kit is provided "as is". AI-generated content can contain mistakes; check it before you publish it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Ending access

If you break the licence (for example by sharing or reselling the kit), we may remove your access to the repository without a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: message @amitkushh on X.
